Jazz Fest 2016

This past weekend I hit up New Orleans Jazz Fest with my soul sista Haley. I've been waiting months and months for this trip and I couldn't have been more hype. 

Snoop Dogg was suppposed to play.. and if you know me then you know how big of a Snoop fan I am. That was my main focus for Jazz fest this year, and I didn't care about much else except Snoop, food, and beer. 

WELLLLLLL..they should have called it flood fest because that's what it was. Once it started raining it didn't stop and we were literally wading through puddles of water.

Jazzfest got cancelled 20 minutes before Snoop was supposed to play.. needless to say I was distraught and what was supposed to be the best day of my life turned out to be...well, pretty alright.

Even though mother nature may not be as big of a Snoop fan as I am, I still got to spend the day with my best friend. We still drank beer, ate good food, laughed and made some pretty hilarious memories. 

You always have to make the best of every situation that's thrown at you because no matter how much planning goes into something its most likely not going to work out the way you planned.

 So stay positive and learn to go with the flow.
